J&T Express Writes a New Chapter in Sustainable Development
Bangkok, April 28, 2026 — J&T Global Express Limited (“J&T Express” or “J&T” or “the Company”, stock code: 01519), a global logistics service provider, today released its 2025 Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Report. The report comprehensively presents the Company’s latest practices and achievements in intelligent operations, energy management, employee rights protection, talent development, business ethics management, and social responsibility, demonstrating its firm commitment to integrating sustainable development principles into its global logistics network and continuously promoting high-quality development.
Deepening Green Operations and Continuously Promoting Energy Conservation and Carbon Reduction
Over the past year, J&T has continued to advance smart logistics and energy transformation by leveraging AI and big data across the entire logistics process, including collection, sorting, transportation, and delivery. These technologies have improved route optimization, enhanced sorting efficiency at transit hubs, and strengthened last-mile delivery capabilities.
In terms of transit infrastructure, as of the end of 2025, the Company has invested in 14 self-built core logistics parks globally, with a total construction area of 1.05 million square meters. In addition, J&T has made large-scale investments in energy-efficient logistics equipment, including over 150,000 permanent magnet synchronous motorized rollers and more than 400 energy-saving conveyor belts.
For last-mile delivery, J&T is accelerating the development of an autonomous delivery vehicle network. By the end of 2025, more than 1,000 smart delivery vehicles had been deployed, supported by AI-powered route optimization to enhance delivery efficiency. In Thailand, J&T introduced its EV motorbikes in 2025, replacing conventional fuel-powered vehicles with clean-energy alternatives. This initiative supports carbon reduction efforts while enhancing cost efficiency and reinforcing the Company’s commitment to greener last-mile delivery solutions.
Globally, the company has deployed approximately 38.27 million reusable circulation bags, which have been reused more than 3.33 billion times in total, reflecting its continued commitment to sustainable packaging solutions.
Within Thailand, J&T has further strengthened sustainable logistics operations through the use of eco-friendly materials, including reusable transport bags, biodegradable waterproof bags, biodegradable adhesive tapes, and electronic waybills. These solutions have now achieved full coverage across all mainline routes.
Across its markets, J&T continues to accelerate carbon reduction efforts by adopting cleaner transportation models, supported by clean-energy vehicles and low-emission technologies.
In China, the Company operates 1,697 LNG tractor trucks, accounting for 30% of its total fleet, resulting in a 6% reduction in greenhouse gas emission intensity compared to 2024. Meanwhile, in the Philippines, 100% of transportation operations have adopted B5 biodiesel, making it the first market within the Company to achieve full implementation. In Singapore, electric trucks account for 6% of the fleet, while the Company also promotes multimodal transportation integration, including rail and sea logistics, to improve efficiency and reduce overall environmental impact.
Strengthening Employee Care and Safeguarding Rights and Growth

In China, the “2025 J&T Express Co., Ltd. (Entire Network) Platform Algorithm and Labor Rules Agreement” was implemented in Shanghai last July, becoming the first network-wide algorithm negotiation agreement in China’s express delivery industry. It covers over 290,000 workers across J&T Express’s self-operated and franchise outlets in mainland China. Focusing on three key areas—salary protection, career development, and algorithm transparency—it further strengthens the rights protection mechanism for workers in new forms of employment.
In terms of talent development, J&T Express systematically advanced the construction of a multi-level talent training system around four strategic directions: “building channels, supplying talent, strengthening overseas presence, and solidifying foundations.” In 2025, the number of courses on the digital training and knowledge management platform for global employees increased by 60% year-on-year (YoY), while total training hours increased by 2.8 times YoY.
In addition, during the reporting period, the Company organized and participated in more than 27,000 safety training sessions globally, covering over 1.4 million participants, continuously strengthening its safety culture and employee protection framework.
Fulfilling Social Responsibilities and Supporting Local Community Development
J&T continues to support communities across multiple dimensions, including rural development, education, and disaster relief. In China, drones have been deployed for fruit transportation in mountainous and plateau regions, significantly reducing farmers’ labor costs.
In Thailand, the Company has signed a cooperation agreement with the Department of Agricultural Extension (DOAE), providing special shipping discounts for fruit farmers and collaborating with various institutions to improve agricultural logistics standards and distribution efficiency.
In terms of emergency disaster relief, the Company’s teams across various countries have continued to participate in disaster assistance efforts. Following the fire in Hong Kong, J&T Express swiftly initiated a special donation of HKD 10 million and delivered 300 sets of essential supplies to temporary shelters. In southern Thailand, during flood relief efforts, J&T served as a key logistics provider, coordinating the delivery of relief supplies to evacuation centers and affected communities.
Improving Business Ethics and Building a Solid Global Compliance Bottom Line
In terms of business ethics and compliance management, J&T Express continued to improve its global governance system, which is coordinated by the Group headquarters and executed locally by subsidiaries, covering multiple dimensions such as anti-corruption, fair competition, and supply chain compliance. During the reporting period, the Company conducted special training on anti-money laundering, counter-terrorist financing, and anti-corruption for directors and senior management, achieving a 100% coverage rate. It also carried out integrity education and training, covering over 89,000 participants cumulatively, and extended compliance requirements to the supply chain system, further solidifying the foundation for global operations.
